MINDFUL BIGGIFICATION:
That whole "think
big" thing
but taking out the scary.
So that it can be smart, conscious, do-able and not so terrifying.
WHO: Hey, you smart, stymied creatives who are not doing "the thing" (you know, writing the book, starting the blog, doing something with your art, outing yourself as a musician, or otherwise doing the thing that you know is a vital part of being YOU.) Yeah, you. Hi.
WHY: You're ready, or almost ready, and you're sick of being told "think big, think big, think big" by all those loud-mouth biggifiers who don't seem to care about how scary it is or about anything else you're dealing with. It's time to find a smart, mindful, conscious way to work on shining your light and feeling okay about it.
WHAT: Three months of systematically working through ALL of the what-ifs, oh-nos, and worries so you can put yourself out there and do the thing and feel great about it. With teleclasses, group coaching, an interactive online learning environment, fun homework, support, accountability, great people and a fun, inspiring, brain-growing time.
WHEN: September, October, November 2008

Oh, let's see. Do certain words (performer? artist? healer?) induce severe awkward cringing or projectile vomiting? Do you dread the question "what do you do?"
Or maybe you just dread thinking about why you're not doing the thing when you know you want to do the thing because what if someone makes you do the thing and you're not ready and aaaaaaaaargh . . .
Maybe you also hate it when people tell you that you have to get better at promoting yourself but secretly you really want to be able to out your artistic, creative self and feel good about it?
Or you worry about turning into a self-promotional obnoxious jerk, even though you actually are pretty sure that integrity runs in your veins and you don't have a sleazy bone in your body.
Do you not want to have to sell yourself, sell out, sell up or anything else that starts with sell?
Good. You've got integrity. Also: you sound like 90% of my clients. Which is not a bad thing at all.
There are an awful lot of biggifiers there -- you know, those highlighter-wielding people who want you to be "thinking big" and "stepping out of your comfort zone" and not being in boxes and goodness knows what else.
And they mean well (at least I hope they do) but what they don't always realize is how scary it is. It is scary. Thinking big is not something you can just get up and start doing because someone gives you some motivational pep talk.
Of course you're scared. It's a big thing and there is a lot of internal gunk floating around. There's all the scary of "putting yourself out there" and doing the thing you know you're meant to do (or just really really want to do). There's identity stuff that comes up and money stuff and anxiety stuff. And the good news is that solving this stuff is what I do best.
Working through all this STUFF systematically, consciously and compassionately and then coming up with a smart, work-able way to do things differently is exactly what I do with my clients. And now you have the chance to do this powerful work in a group format where you can get all the benefits without the huge cost of private coaching. Plus a whole lot of other great stuff . . .
I want you to be able to feel good "biggifying" yourself and your gifts -- in a mindful, compassionate, non-sleazy way. I think you can do it. In fact, with the right tools, I'm sure of it. You can learn to feel comfortable doing the thing (your thing), putting it out there and promoting it up a storm.
More importantly, you get learn how to do that without selling out or losing yourself to become some obnoxious sales-ey pitch person on the one hand . . . and without being embarrassed about promoting your work on the other.
Oh boy. I have been working on these patterns with myself and my clients for years. Did you know that when I first created a business website, I spent the first three months apologizing to everyone I knew for being an embarrassing, sleazy corporate sell-out? Oh, yeah.
Seriously, I know how scary and potentially creepy it can be to do "think big" and I know how to get around that without having to force the change. Plus, did I mention that I have a duck? Selma and I are on your team.
I want you to know that I will never, ever impose an ideology on you. A lot of people want you to adopt their personal belief system or their particular, individual theory of reality. They want you to accept some Law of Attraction or to constantly "challenge your comfort zones" (yuck). I will always meet you where you are, with your issues, and we will work around them.
We will never intentionally make you do things that make you feel uncomfortable, and if you do get into a state of anxiety or worry while we're working, I will help you out of it before we do anything else.
I will never ask you to "fake it til you make it" or to believe anything that doesn't work with the way you interact with the world. We will play and explore with some of the things you believe to be true about the world, but I will never tell you what to think.
No Little Engine That Could motivational fluffery. No smiley face attacks. Cynicism welcome. Bring it on!
![]() Smart, creative people with tremendous gifts to share with the world are often the MOST likely to get stuck in what Havi calls "debilitating inner criticism" and "depressing self-sabotage". For this reason, I am so glad that she is sharing her no-fluff, inspiring, useful and revolutionary tactics for breaking out of a state of stuck . I can't wait to share them with my blog readers, and to use them frequently myself!

This is a three month distance learning group program (Do you have a phone? Do you have access to email? Then we're cool). It's a pretty packed program.
The best material I have, presented in the best way for you.
The
entire course is set up to help you stay on track.
I've spent a lot of time playing with the sequencing
to make sure that this will be the best possible way
for you to digest the material in a balanced, thoughtful,
sequential way. .
Easy access and a ton of built-in accountability
Each week you'll
be able to download your weekly assignments, homework,
audio mp3 files and anything else that's there for
each session. Which means that even if you miss a
class or two you (tfu tfu tfu, spitting to avert the
evil eye) you'll be able to stay on target and make
it work. The whole set up is designed to help you
stay in the process and get the most out of your
experience so that you can't screw it up even if
your self-sabotage patterns kick in.
And a seriously great support network.
Of course you can always choose to play with the materials by
yourself in more of a guided self-study kind of way.
OR you can take advantage (highly recommended) of the amazing
support and accountability network you get when thrown
together with a bunch of bright, capable, talented
people all working on their patterns and projects.
![]() This will definitely help you get going so you can take action on all those little and big stuck things in your life! Havi is astoundingly tuned into what's REALLY going on in your head, and is a deeply compassionate and gifted (and fun!) teacher. One-of-a-kind gem! Alison Marks |

There is also a"VIP" option (yes, that's "Very Intentional Person" and yes, I'm a yoga person and I sometimes say stuff like that).
However you want to acronym it (and yes, I also use nouns as verbs), what it means is that you get to email me as often as you'd like with any aspect of your process and I help you out. This is worth so much more than anything else in the program if you take me up on it.
If you don't think you're going to take advantage of it, please don't do it. Let someone else have it. This option is limited to 8 people. First come first serve.

"I can't get over how unbelievably helpful working with you has been. Every time I felt down or challenged and went to you I got a thoughtful, insightful, useful response infused with your typical transparent, loving acceptance and felt instantly better about everything." Jill Shaw |
| IMPORTANT: Before you buy (the prerequisite) | ||
| If you wanna join this course (yay!), you need to already

Dissolve-o-Matic).
That's so we're all on board with the same key concepts and you'll have
the foundation to help you really go deep with this program. If you don't have one of these please take care of that right away. |

That's pretty much it.
Apparently I'm supposed to add a postscript here which seems kind of silly, but luckily for everyone concerned there actually is something I wanted to add so here it is.
P.S. So, in case you were wondering about any aspect of this, know that you can absolutely feel welcome to get in touch or give me a call at (971) 533-7623 and ask me anything you'd like.
Just FYI, if you do get in touch, I'm not going to try and "sell you" on this program or convince you that it's the best thing for you. I will probably want to find out what you're working on and where you're at so I can answer your questions and make a sincere straight-from-the-heart recommendation depending on your situation. If you don't hear from me after one business day, it means a technical mix-up, please try again!
If you'd like to join us for the next one, please send me an email!
